Cancellation policy

This policy applies to orders placed on modishus.com, operated by Luxe Achats Pte Ltd (UEN 202015623N), trading as Modish ("Modish", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or of payment confirmation, whichever is later, for a full refund.

After 24 hours we place your order with our boutique, so it can no longer be cancelled. We don't accept change-of-mind cancellations after this window.

2. How to cancel

Within the 24-hour window, email contact@modishus.com or WhatsApp +65 9049 1184 with your order number. We confirm your cancellation by email.

3. Your refund

We start your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of confirming the cancellation.

Banks and card issuers usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it in your account.

If you paid with Atome or ShopBack PayLater, the refund goes to the provider, which adjusts or cancels your instalments.

Any part of the order paid with store credit is returned as store credit, and a discount code is reinstated if it is still valid.

4. Orders we cancel

We may cancel an order, or an item in it, if:

  • the item sells out at the boutique after you order;
  • the item does not pass our quality checks;
  • there is a pricing or listing error;
  • we cannot deliver to your address or country; or
  • we suspect fraud or buying for resale.

In each case we tell you and refund you in full, including any delivery charge.

5. Late delivery

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of payment, you can choose to keep waiting or cancel it for a full refund. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Refused or undelivered parcels

Refusing a delivery is not a way to cancel after the 24-hour window. A parcel comes back to us if you refuse it without a valid reason, do not pay import charges, or delivery fails after three attempts because the address is wrong or no one responds. We then refund the price of the items, minus the costs we cannot recover, such as outbound and return shipping and any duties or fees charged to us.

7. Your rights

We never charge a cancellation fee. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Singapore law.
