 Delivery Time

  • All in-stock/ready stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation of order payment.

  • All pre-order items have 1-5 weeks of delivery time after order and payment confirmation

Delivery Charges

​Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order.

  • All standard delivery within Singapore are free for all orders above 1000$.

  • All international shipments are charged based on the product size dimension and volume. Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout and shown before payment.

  • You are responsible for all service charges like shipping and handling charges for a replacement or exchange. In case of wrong order delivery, we will provide free shipping charges for replacement/exchange.

1. Delivery in Singapore

We can deliver to all serviceable areas island wide.

2. Our Delivery Partner

  • Our delivery partners include J&T Express, Lalamove, DHL, Grab Express, Qexpress & Ninjavan.

  • Please note that you would not be able to choose a specific delivery partner for your items unless timeslot delivery is selected. The delivery service is assigned based on your item type, location and courier’s availability. This is to optimize delivery time so your order can get to you as soon as possible.

3. Adding and Editing Delivery Address

You can add or edit your delivery address under "My account".Please keep in mind that you can no longer change the selected shipping address once you have confirmed your order.

4. International Shipping

International shipment options are available at certain charges. Shipping charges will be calculcated at the checkout based on your location

5. Can I collect my parcel?

You can request to collect your parcel on your own during checkout.

6. Receiving Items

  • Upon delivery, the customer or their appointed representative must carefully inspect the item(s) and the surroundings. Any detected damages should be immediately reported to the modish team. All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to contact@modishus.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any order discrepancies need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Please note that insufficient information may delay the resolution process.

  • Sometimes, delivery provider may leave the parcel at your doorstep in case of non-availability of the resident. 

  • The warranty for our products is provided by the supplier or the manufacturer. We do.not provide any warranty claim to the buyer,

7. Delayed Delivery due to Unforeseen Circumstances

  • We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery subjected to the availability of the delivery slots, in case of any unforeseen situations.

  • No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but not guaranteed.
