Cancellations
There will be strictly no cancellation and refunds once payment is made for all orders. Under no circumstances, cancellation will be accepted once order is placed with modishus.com
For Pre-Order Items
Kindly take note that some of the items are placed based on pre-order basis which will have higher delivery time of 1-5 weeks.
Returns

There is no return or exchange policy once order is delivered to the customer. In special cases like damaged items, wrong product delivery or incorrect sizes, we will initiate return or exchange based on the discussion with the customer.

All items purchased including bags, leather goods, accessories, footwear or any other items may have some visible glue stains, marks, minor scratches on leather or hardware despite our efforts on quality control and checks before delivery. These reasons shall not be constitute for exchange or refund unless agreed by modish_us

Color differences between actual items and photo/video may occur due to lighting conditions

Upon delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the item(s) and the surroundings. Any detected damages should be immediately reported to the modish team. All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to contact@modishus.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any order discrepancies need to be reported to contact@modishus.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Please note that insufficient information may delay the resolution process.
Refund
In cases where modishus.com agrees to accept the return from the customer, refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be performed after the collection of the returned item. All refunds will take 10 business days to process and we will issue refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, modishus.com reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
Warranty
The warranty for our products is provided by the brand or the manufacturer. Modishus.com is not responsible for any warranty claim and buyer has to claim warranty directly from the brand/manufacturer.
